General Administration
i).    Handling filing system.
ii).   Handling administrative-related correspondence.

iv).  Handling acquisition process.
v).   Informing the City Auditor the meetings to be attended and appointments.

vii). Handling mileage claims.
viii) Updating inventory register.

Financial Audit

Financial adit encompasses the inspection on financial system, internal control and financial records to determine whether the expenditure, revenue, asset and stores are managed according to the relevant laws, regulations and directives.

Investigative & Operational Audit

ii).  Operational Audit

• Operational Audit encompasses the evaluation of the Council's activities to determine the aims have been achieved and the sources are used prudently, efficiently and effectively.
